WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS PROGRAM

The Hourglass aspect 3.0 includes not only a full 12 week workout guide with exercises, sets, reps, and rest time, but it also includes a video demonstration with voiceover tips for every movement. 

This guide also includes education on important concepts for building muscle such as mechanical tension and progressive overload. The goal is to not only be a guide, but also a source to learn more and be more confident in the gym.

Commonly Asked Questions

Why 4 and 5 day options

Not everyone has the time or desire to work out 5 days a week. A 4 day option is incredibly effective and sufficient.

Can I run this as a beginner?

Yes! There are form links next to all exercises, as well as cues and other helpful information. The difference is in the volume, so if you find you are not recovering well, then you could add an extra day of rest.

Can I do this program at home?

As long as you have the basics (free weights, dumbbells, and a bench) you could make it work. At the minimum, the program will give you a good base and then you can switch exercises to fit your equipment. For instance, quad biased split squat instead of quad biased leg press, Nordic hams instead of leg curl, and so forth. It may be challenging to do it at home with limited equipment, but people have bought it and adjusted it to their equipment. There is a page included with alternative exercise suggestions.

What changed in this new program?

The Hourglass Aspect 3.0 is a completely new split that I myself have run and had a lot of fun and progress with. There are also new videos with voiceovers for every single exercise so you can perform the movements with the most confidence.
